This early-1980s home was given a full internal renovation, bringing it up to a modern, comfortable standard while building on the quality of the original structure. Every surface was updated, with a strong focus on improving layout, flow, and day-to-day livability.

The main bathroom was redesigned and expanded, and the kitchen and living areas were opened up to create a more connected, light-filled space. A new kitchen with a large island now sits at the heart of the home, making it well suited to both everyday use and entertaining.

The project was completed with new fixtures throughout, fresh paint, new flooring and carpet, and improvements to the deck.
